PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SUNY SY-801 is kind of intrinsic type defoamer, made from polyether modified organosilicon active substance, designed to control the foams created in the biofermentation process. With well biologically inert, if add by proper amount, this defoamer has no side effect on the fermented strain. And having sterilization by high temperature, pressure, the polymer' properties keep stable, and transformed by itself as highly performance emulsion in water.

HOW TO USE
SUNY SY-801 defoamer is extensively used in the biofermantation process. It is added by mixing with the fermantation materials or, having sterilization by high temperature, high pressure, use alone, or have flow addition after mixing with bean oil, GPE. As usual, its recommended add amount is about 0.02%~0.2% ( equals to 30% of the emulsion). However, its ideal add amount is determined by the field situation and test result.
PRECAUTION
When use the bactericide SUNY SY-801, please refer to the manual which is attached to shipments, and strictly follow the procedures on it.
PACKAGE & STORAGE
It is negotiable for package. As usual, pack in PE barrel of 200kg, or IBC tank. With sealed, keep it under room temperature. Avoid to being exposed to the environment where is extreme cold or hot. The shelf life lasts for 12 months.
USE FOR SAFETY
Avoid contacting eyes or respiratory system. In case it happens, wash out with a plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor once the syndrome develops.
