Product Description
SUNY SY-9136 is a body type defoamer composed of a combination of polyether ester, polyether polyol, and hydrophobic materials. It has the characteristics of rapid degassing, strong ability to eliminate fine bubbles, fast defoaming speed, and long antifoaming time in medium to high viscosity emulsions. The polyhydroxy structure of polyether polyol enables the defoamer to have good dispersing effect. At a certain temperature, the hydrophobicity of polyether ester and polyether polyol inhibits the formation of foam, and the hydrophobic material causes the foam to quickly burst. SY-9136 defoamer controls the foam throughout the entire production process, thoroughly eliminating all sizes of bubbles and improving product quality.

HOW TO USE
SUNY SY-9136 is added with metering pump constantly or periodically. As usual, the add amount is about 300~1000g/ton. However, the final add amount is determined by test result.
PACKAGE & STORAGE
It is negotiable for package. As usual, pack in PE barrel of 200kg, or IBC tank. With sealed, keep it under room temperature. Avoid to being exposed to the environment where is extreme cold or hot. The shelf life lasts for six months.
USE FOR SAFETY
Avoid contacting eyes or respiratory system. In case it happens, wash out with a plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor once the syndrome develops.
