Pulping is the first step in the papermaking process, with the purpose of producing a clean fiber suspension that can be pumped forward in the process. Fibers from virgin pulp, recovered paper or paper machine broke are mixed, i.e., pulped, with water to form a suspension inside the pulper. The optimal pulping technology is selected depending on the type of furnish, production output and the contaminants in the furnish. Pulping systems for recovered paper not only disintegrate the paper and board into single fibers but also remove large non-fiber components (rejects), such as plastics or glass.

In order to avoid breaking the rejects into too small pieces, it is important for the pulping process to find a balance between the main parameters, such as pulping consistency, temperature, retention time and chemical additives.

SUNY SY- 4026 defoamer is a kind of organosilicon-based defoamer emulsion, made mainly from modified polysiloxane, designed to control the foams created in the paper pulping process. It takes short time to kill the foams bring by lignin and other surfacants. It works well under high temperature conditions.

HOW TO USE
SUNY SY-4026 defoamer is added directly or after diluting, at the outlet of black fluids tank or centrifuge screen, where foam is generated. As usual, the add amount is about 300~800g/ ton of pulp. However, the actual add point and the final amount are both determined by the field situtation and  test result.
 

Packaging & Shipping

PACKAGE & STORAGE
It is negotiable for package. As usual, pack in PE barrel of 200kg, or IBC tank. With sealed, keep it under room temperature. Avoid to being exposed to the environment where is extreme cold or hot. The shelf life lasts for 12 months.




USE FOR SAFETY
Avoid contacting eyes or respiratory system. In case it happens, wash out with a plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor once the syndrome develops.
