Product Description

SUNY SY-4031 Defoamer is kind of polyether modifed polyloxane-based defoaming emulsion. It is designed to control the foams created in paper pulping process. With excellent performance of foamkill, foam suppression, it takes short time to eliminate the foams bring by lignin, and by other surfactants. It fits high temperature working condition, making no precipitates, less deposit, and well solve the problem of silica scale in the pulping process.

HOW TO USE
SUNY SY-SY 4031 defoamer is added directly or after diluting. As usual, the add amount is about 100~800g/ton pulp, and add from where foam generate such as black liquid through or centrifugal screen outlet. However, the adding point and the final add amount is determined by test result.

PRECAUTION
When use the bactericide SUNY SY-4031, please refer to the manual which is attached to shipments, and strictly follow the procedures on it.

PACKAGE & STORAGE
It is negotiable for package. As usual, pack in PE barrel of 200kg, or IBC tank. With sealed, keep it under room temperature. Avoid to being exposed to the environment where is extreme cold or hot. The shelf life lasts for six months.

USE FOR SAFETY
Avoid contacting eyes or respiratory system. In case it happens, wash out with a plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor once the syndrome develops.
