Product Description
SY-4117 non silicone defoamer is developed for foam problems in the process of papermaking, which has great foam controlling and inhibiting effect on the white water. It removes tiny bubbles among the fibers rapidly. Besides, it also can eliminate the foam that floating on the surface of pulp and the air dissolved in pulp, meanwhile, to remove the bubble on the surface of water, decrease the effect of bubbles on the process of technology to avoid the formation of holes, reduce paper breaking and prevent the overflowing of slurry storage pool. Thus it prevents the loss of fiber and wet end chemicals, and improves uniformity and quality of the paper.

Method of use
This product can be used directly in production process or added after dilution. Metering pump is suggested for adding continuously. It can be added in the dilution tower, the machine chest or the wire pit. The addition amount can be adjusted according to the case; ordinary amount is 100-300g/t.
Precautions
In the case of freezing takes place during transportation and storage, the defoamer should be defrost naturally, and stirred well before use.
Package and Storage
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs or negotiated packages. Seal and stock under room temperature, keep away from light. Avoid expose to extremely cold or hot environment. Shelf life is 1 year.
Safety
Avoid contact with eyes or respiratory system. Wash the contact site with lots of clear water, should take a medical care if the situation is serious.
