Product Description
SY-4031 Defoaming agent is a kind of micro silicon type emulsion defoame based on the polyether modified silicone oil and silicone material as the main active ingredient that can be used in the pulping section of paper making industry. Such kind of defoamer can greatly ease the silicon deposition problem caused by the Conventional organic silicon and solve the problem of sediment stick the washing pulp equipment. Besides, it will remove the foam quickly caused by the Lignin and other surfactants, which was more obvious in the process of pulping and pulp washing. Eliminating foam quickly, less dosage, low pollution to the environment, less silicon scale deposition

How to use:
Directly, or after proper dilution. this defoamer should be added to black liquor storage and centrifugal serene which is the site of foam . The normal dosage is 200-800gram/ton pulp. For the other fields, the actual amount should be determined according to the tests result.
Precautions Package and Storage:
In case freeze took place during transportation and storage, the defoamer should be unfreezed naturally, and stirred evenly before use.
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs packages, or negotiated packages. Sealed and stock under room temperature, away from light. Avoid the defoamer exposed to extremely cold or hot environment. Shelf life is 1 year.
Security
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. Once happen, please wash with lots of clear water, to see a doctor is necessary if the situation is serious.
