Product Description

SUNY SY-4111 is a non-silicon defoaming agent, prepared through a special emulsification process with higher fatty alcohols and their derivatives as the main active substances. It is designed to eliminate foam generated in white water in papermaking process. With good stability and water dispersibility, can effectively remove tiny bubbles adsorbed in the fiber, and no effect on gluing and paper post-processing properties.

HOW TO USE
SUNY SY-4111 defoamer is added directly or after proper diluting, at slurry dilution tower, pulp storage, white water tank outside the machine. Add volume depends on the situation, as usual, 100~500g/ ton of paper

PRECAUTION
In case it is frozen during storage, transportation, defrozen it before use.

PACKAGE & STORAGE
It is negotiable for package. As usual, pack in PE barrel of 200kg, or IBC tank. With sealed, keep it under room temperature. Avoid to being exposed to the environment where is extreme cold or hot. The shelf life lasts for six months.

USE FOR SAFETY
Avoid contacting eyes or respiratory system. In case it happens, wash out with a plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor once the syndrome develops.
